We kindly ask that you observe the following:
No minimum stay is required
Accommodations are not suitable for children under 14
We cannot accommodate guest pets
Room rates change during special events
Smoking is not permitted in the house or on the grounds – We strictly enforce the no smoking policy. If smoking is detected in your room a $125.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
Room occupancy is 2 persons
Reservations and rooms are not secured until the required deposit is made
Check-in time is 4 PM and Check-out time is 11 AM
Our Cancellation Policy:
Deposit may be made by credit card, money order or personal cheque
Deposit is refundable less a $25.00 cancellation fee if notice of a cancellation is received at least 7 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellation within 7 days of the reservation will result in forfeiture of the deposit and guests will be billed for the entire amount, unless we are able to re-rent your room.
If you do not call or show up on the check-in date, the entire deposit is non-refundable.
Guests are responsible for payment of their entire reservation if they make an early departure (for whatever reason)
Guests have an option of scheduling a return stay for the remaining number of unused days. Guests have 6 months to schedule return stays. Rescheduling is based on availability.
Visitors in Guest Rooms:
Visitors of guests are not permitted in the guest rooms. They are welcome in all common rooms on the 1st floor
To protect the security and comfort of all our guests, visitors are not permitted before 10AM or after 8PM
For the security of all guests, the front door is kept locked at all times
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items in rooms, so please keep your room locked at all times
Our Damage Claims and Rights:
The management reserves the right to terminate the reservation of any guest who becomes disruptive to other guests, management or staff members.
A continental breakfast is included with the room rate.
Breakfast is served from 8 AM to 10 AM in the dining room.
